The PTRC Mini Mobile may be requested for a minimum of one-half day usage.
The PTRC Mini Mobile must be scheduled around the availability of the PTRWDB Staff, routine upkeep and maintenance appointments.
PTRWDB Staff will set up and break down the Mini Mobile. You will need to provide staff to facilitate the Mini Mobile during your event.
With exception to an emergency, man-made or natural disaster, any request should be submitted within three business day's notice of a scheduled event.
The PTRC Mini Mobile comes equipped with two tables and 15 laptops for an outdoor event. Please choose a designated parking area that is in a central position to ensure Mobile Hotspot reaches all technology during the event.
Depending on the distance and time of the event, the PTRWDB Staff may need to stay at a hotel the night before. Please be aware that if this is the case, the coordinator will reach out to you with additional details.
Any modifications to a scheduled event must be reported to the coordinator within 24 hours of the event.
