The PTRC Mobile Unit policy may be viewed by visiting PS 11-2016.

The PTRC Mobile Unit may be requested for a minimum of one-half day usage.   

The PTRC Mobile Unit must be scheduled around the availability of the driver, routine upkeep and maintenance appointments.

With exception to an emergency, man-made or natural disaster, any request should be submitted within one-week of a scheduled event.

The PTRC Mobile Unit measures 13 feet tall, 8 feet 4 inches wide, and 36 feet - 40 feet long.  Please ensure the designated parking area can facilitate the needs of the driver to park and maneuver the Unit before and after the event.

Any modifications to a scheduled event must be reported to the Coordinator within 48 hours of the event. Please call  336-904-0300.
