The PTRC Mobile Unit policy may be viewed by visiting PS 11-2016.

The PTRC Mobile Unit may be requested for a minimum of one-half day usage.   

The PTRC Mobile Unit must be scheduled around the availability of the driver, routine upkeep and maintenance appointments.

 The PTRC Driver and Assistant will set up and break down the Mobile Unit. You will need to provide staff to facilitate the Mobile Unit during your event.

With exception to an emergency, man-made or natural disaster, any request should be submitted within one-week of a scheduled event.

The PTRC Mobile Unit measures 13 feet tall, 8 feet 4 inches wide, and 36 feet - 40 feet long.  Please ensure the designated parking area is flat and can facilitate the needs of the driver to park and maneuver the Unit before and after the event.

Depending on the distance and time of the event, the Mobile Unit Staff may need to stay at a hotel the night before. Please be aware that if this is the case, the coordinator will reach out to you with additional details.

Any modifications to a scheduled event must be reported to the coordinator within 48 hours of the event.
