Mileage

Mileage costs are based on the standard IRS mileage reimbursement rate.

Billing

A cost projection for the PTRC Mobile Unit will be given by the Mobile Unit Coordinator at the time of the approval for use; however, final billing will be submitted to the office of record during the seven business days immediately following the event and payment will be due upon receipt.
