What do I do if I am preparing for a personnel layoff or closure?

If you’re preparing for a personnel layoff or closure, whether temporary or permanent, you may be required to file a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) with the state. Giving us this notice will trigger our Rapid Response services. Contact us to file a WARN Notice.
