 Career Pathways

Piedmont Triad Regional Workforce Development Board, currently recognizes six career pathways.

  • Advance Manufacturing
  • Aviation
  • Healthcare/Nursing
  • Hospitality & Tourism
  • Technology
  • Transportation and Logistics

These pathways track the educational and credential requirements for careers in these clusters and describes the career guidance components associated with the academic experience from middle school through Masters/PhD level training. They provide points of entry and exit from school to work and back again so that students, the unemployed and those transitioning from other jobs to in-demand careers can readily see the educational requirements and soft skills needed to do the job they are interested in.
