The goal of the Piedmont Triad Regional Food Council (PTRFC) is to further develop the farm and food sector of the regional economy and improving access to healthy local food for undeserved communities. The local food economy is also represented in Triad Tomorrow - the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) developed by the Piedmont Triad Regional Development Corporation.

Documents & Updates
Currently the Regional Food Council is made up of a task-force of members representing various sectors of the regional food ecosystem. In 2018 applications for membership on the regional food council will be sent out and the review process will begin.
