Supporting Successful Reintegration Through Opportunity and Partnership

Reentry Services supports individuals returning to the community by connecting them with resources, workforce opportunities, supportive services, and community-based partnerships that promote long-term stability and successful reintegration.

Through collaboration with local agencies, employers, and service providers, Reentry Services works to reduce barriers and increase access to opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

Our efforts include:

• Connecting individuals to employment, training, and educational opportunities
• Supporting access to housing, transportation, identification, and other essential resources
• Partnering with community organizations and agencies to coordinate supportive services
• Assisting individuals with workforce readiness and career pathway development
• Promoting successful reintegration through stability-focused programming and support services
