The Piedmont Triad Regional Council's Home Rehabilitation Program is looking for Licensed General Contractors to work on houses owned by eligible homeowners funded through the NC Housing Finance Agency. We use a sealed bid process with a pool of approved General Contractors on every job to ensure competitiveness. Is your firm a Licensed GC?
We contract to repair existing homes for low to moderate income elderly and disabled applicants. This is a substantial rehabilitation program generally covering HVAC, roof, electric, plumbing, siding, ramps, painting, floors, wall, kitchen, bath, decks, insulation, weatherization, and other energy, accessibility and physical improvements.
We are soliciting for licensed building contractors to renovate single family homes in the greater Triad area. We currently bid out rehab/remodeling jobs, ranging from $8-50k, in 13 counties. They are – Alamance, Ashe, Caswell, Davie, Davidson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yakin.

Be sure to include copies of all obtained and valid licenses and certifications, including Certificates of Insurance for Liability and Workmen’s Compensation Coverage. Copies of all renewed licenses and certifications must be updated annually.
