The PTRC is monitoring COVID-19 and incorporating operational modifications as needed to protect the citizens we serve, our members, our partners, and our staff.  Our office will re-open on Monday, May 18th to staff, however, the office is still closed to visitors without a prior appointment.   Where applicable, meetings will continue to be held via teleconference. Staff will be available via phone and email. More

COVID-19 Notification - Update May 15, 2020

PTRC staff will begin to phase back into regular work from the office beginning May 18, 2020.  All staff reporting to the PTRC will be required to complete COVID-19 safe work practices training, wear masks in public spaces, practice social distancing, and undergo daily health and temperature screenings.  

Call-In Services – Staff will continue to be available to serve you via telephone during regular business hours. 
Email Response – Please continue to reach out to our staff via email. A directory listing can be found here.  
Video Conferencing for Meetings – Staff will continue to provide video or phone conferencing alternatives for any scheduled meeting of more than 10 people. We have asked all staff to cancel out of region travel.   

Office visits are still limited and by appointment only. Where in-person contact is required, please work with a staff member to schedule an in-person appointment, but in general, the PTRC office will not be open to visitors without appointments.  

Lastly, we want to offer a sincere thanks to all our members, elected officials, partners, customers, and staff who have gone above and beyond to continue to serve the citizens of the Piedmont Triad. Please continue to let us know how we can best serve you while keeping everyone safe.
