RFQ - Code Enforcement
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT and MINIMUM HOUSING OFFICER PROFESSIONAL
The Piedmont Triad Regional Council is seeking to contract with a firm or individual to serve as a code enforcement and minimum house code officer for member Town’s requesting part-time, temporary or annual services and perform all the duties associated with that position. Such duties shall include identifying and citing code violations, working with landowners to fix situations and bringing violation cases to legal resolution if necessary. Qualified firms shall have experience in these services. It is anticipated that the successful firm, firms or individual will be contracted on a monthly basis to provide these services. The Piedmont Triad Regional Council in consultation with member Town’s currently utilizing code enforcement services through PTRC will negotiate and contract with the firm or individual that it believes will best serve the Town’s interests.
