The PTRC is monitoring COVID-19 and incorporating operational modifications as needed to protect the citizens we serve, our members, our partners, and our staff.  Our office will re-open on Monday, May 18th to staff, however, the office is still closed to visitors without a prior appointment.   Where applicable, meetings will continue to be held via teleconference. FOR PTRC MEMBER LOCAL GOVERNMENTS:   

The NC Division of Emergency Management has scheduled a series of virtual COVID-19 Applicant Briefings.  The session for the Piedmont Triad Region is listed below. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT COMPLETING THE APPLICANT BRIEFING IS NECESSARY TO INITIATE THE FEMA PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS. FEMA cannot begin working with you on your Public Assistance reimbursement requests until the you have completed the Applicant Briefing.
