It is with great sadness that we mourn Blair Barton-Percival who passed away on October 3, 2019 after a valiant fight with cancer. Blair has been with the Piedmont Triad Regional Council since 2001, most recently serving as the Director of the Piedmont Triad Regional Council Area Agency on Aging.
